ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AND PAYMENT The essential features, the sale price including taxes and the delivery details of the product are shown on the order page. Payment is made by credit or debit card through the iyzico infrastructure. ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY The product is delivered to the address given by the Buyer within the time and conditions stated on the Delivery & Returns page. ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or made to order handmade items are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. Withdrawal and return conditions are as stated in Delivery & Returns. ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DISPUTES By placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the terms of this contract. MADDE 2 – KONU İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı’nın https://bearcakerpg.com üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği, nitelikleri ve fiyatı sitede belirtilen ürünün satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir. MADDE 3 – ÜRÜN VE ÖDEME Ürünün temel nitelikleri, KDV dahil satış fiyatı ve teslimat bilgileri sipariş sayfasında yer alır. Ödeme, iyzico altyapısı üzerinden kredi/banka kartı ile yapılır. MADDE 4 – TESLİMAT Ürün, Teslimat ve İade Şartları sayfasında belirtilen süre ve koşullarda Alıcı’nın bildirdiği adrese teslim edilir. MADDE 5 – CAYMA HAKKI Alıcı, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma hakkına sahiptir. Kişiye özel/kişiselleştirilmiş el yapımı ürünler cayma hakkı kapsamı dışındadır. Cayma ve iade koşulları için Teslimat ve İade Şartları geçerlidir. MADDE 6 – GENEL HÜKÜMLER VE UYUŞMAZLIK Alıcı, sipariş vermeden önce sözleşme koşullarını okuyup kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Uyuşmazlıklarda, ilgili yıl için belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir. |
